THE BOARD
The Walsh Trails HOA Board of Directors (Board) includes 5 at-large members. Directors:
- Are volunteers, they receive no compensation.
- Must own a home located within the bounds of the subdivision.
- Terms are two years in duration and are staggered, with two seats expiring during even numbered years and three seats expiring during odd numbered years.
- Elections are held each year at the annual meeting which takes place in the fall.
Anyone interested in nominating a homeowner for a seat on the Board should use the "Contact Us" feature on the left side of this page and send a message to the Board.
OFFICER POSITIONS
The Board is required to name two directors to officer positions, a president and a treasurer.
