THE BOARD

The Walsh Trails HOA Board of Directors (Board) includes 5 at-large members. Directors:

Are volunteers, they receive no compensation.
Must own a home located within the bounds of the subdivision.
Terms are two years in duration and are staggered, with two seats expiring during even numbered years and three seats expiring during odd numbered years.
Elections are held each year at the annual meeting which takes place in the fall.
