WALSH TRAILS ANNUAL MEETING & BOARD ELECTION
The annual meeting took place on Wednesday October 15th. Three board members were elected: Rocky Kelley, Chirag Mehta, and Samir Oad.
Association dues remain unchanged at $275 per year, billed in January and due March 1, 2026.

NEW SUBDIVISION
The new subdivision going in to the east is called Crestline at Brushy Creek. The developer is Toll Brothers. The plat map can be found here. This subdivision WILL NOT be a part of Walsh Trails.
